Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing our brand! We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,500 within India. In case of exchanges, convenience charges will be applicable.

LAMIR Design currently ships across all regions of India.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. During peak sale periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days due to increased order volumes. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,500. For orders below ₹1,500, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee of ₹99 is applicable on COD orders.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on your location:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical issues.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the address. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Delivery Issues

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find that an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to initiate a replacement or refund.
